I just finished a daily devotional titled, Take My Heart Oh God. Nice daily read authored by various women with additional daily quotes.

Cleaning up the blog posts and I noticed I didn't post reviews of 3 books I've read this school year. Cutting for Stone is definitely one of my favs of last year. We read it with our staff book club and I added it to our collection. Moby Dick was a classics book club read and I loved it. It took a little over a year but it was so worth it. And finally Yummy. It is a graphic novel that pulls a heavy reality check to what life is like on the streets
The movie coming out spurred me to read the book and the fact that the girls here love it. To me it is an average supernatural read that asks that you read the series.
I finished reading The Happiness Project for our Staff and Friends book club and , well, no one was impressed including me.
I also just finished relistening to The Cat Who Knew a Cardinal. It's a cozy series that has 2 fine felines as cocharacters with millionaire James Thanks to the 3 girls who touted this book as the new 'it' book I am now on the Soulless bandwagon. I loved, loved, loved this romantic/historical fiction/steampunk/supernatural tale of a vampire, werewolf and the woman who neutralizes their powers.
